“How strong a man must be to carry a God. - St. Therese of Lisieux.”
To imitate Blessed Joseph the chosen father of Jesus is to be a strong man of faith, demanding fortitude that requires a man to have the weight of responsibility on his shoulders and a heart capable of holding Mary and Jesus in his heart. This strength is fortified by deep Communion with God, cultivated through prayer, devotion, and a commitment to live out one’s faith daily.
The charism of the Men of Joseph Movement is Joseph and Jesus serving the poorest of the poor of Nazareth.
Especially in the United States there’s an even bigger poverty, the poverty of the soul. The special mission of the Men of Joseph movement is to serve the Poorest of the Poor where they are, not only with material goods, but we clothe and feed the poor with The Word and the Catechism of the Catholic Church.
Our goal is to rebuild the domestic church. As it is said, “The church must first begin in the home; if the church does not first find its firm foundation in the home, a man will never truly receive the fullness of the sacraments working from within.
We make our connection through our community, varies street ministries, social media, and through our local parishes. If you are someone you know want to learn more about the Catholic Church, please fill out the form.
